An online teleconsultation allows you to consult a doctor remotely through a secure Google Meet video call, eliminating the need to visit the clinic for non-emergency medical concerns.
2. How do I book a teleconsultation?
Simply select your preferred date and time from the booking calendar and submit your details. Our team will contact you to confirm your appointment and provide payment instructions.
3. Is my appointment confirmed immediately after booking?
No. Booking a time slot is only a request. Your appointment will be confirmed after our team contacts you and the consultation fee is successfully received.
4. How can I pay the consultation fee?
Our staff will contact you after your booking and share the clinic’s UPI payment details. Once your payment is verified, your appointment will be confirmed.
5. How will I receive the Google Meet link?
After your appointment is confirmed, a Google Meet link will be sent to your registered email address through Google Calendar. You can join the consultation by clicking the link at the scheduled time.
6. What should I keep ready before the consultation?
Please keep the following ready:
- Previous medical records
- Prescriptions
- Laboratory reports or scans
- List of current medications
- A stable internet connection
7. Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes. Please inform our team as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment so that another patient can use the available slot.

Yes. All consultations and patient information are treated with strict confidentiality and handled in accordance with applicable privacy standards.
9. Can I get a prescription after the consultation?
Yes. If medically appropriate, the doctor will provide a digital prescription after your consultation.
10. Is teleconsultation suitable for medical emergencies?
No. Teleconsultation is not intended for medical emergencies. If you experience severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, uncontrolled bleeding, loss of consciousness, or any life-threatening condition, please visit the nearest emergency department or call emergency medical services immediately.
